Etihad Airways announced the launch of First Class on its new Airbus A321LR, starting flights on 1 August 2025.
The airline aims to elevate the premium leisure market with three classes onboard and enhanced passenger experiences.
With a $1 billion investment under its “Beyond Borders” initiative, Etihad plans to retrofit its 777 and 787 fleets while expanding its destination offerings.
Etihad’s First Class experience will feature a personalised service including 24/7 concierge support and a private chauffeur service for passengers.
CEO Antonoaldo Neves shared, “The A321LR is an amazing aircraft which proves our commitment to luxury, customer experience, and connectivity. As well as investing heavily to expand our First Class offering, we’re taking the time to enhance every tiny detail of the experience and introducing a host of new premium services over the next couple of months — stay tuned.”
