Etihad Airways launched a new online chat feature to assist customers with accurate information on required travel documents.

The service is accessible through the Get In Touch section of the carrier’s Help page at etihad.com.

Travellers will be guided through a series of questions to provide a list of required visa, ticket, and travel documents, along with any other relevant requirements.The service is powered by IATA’s Timatic solution and aims to streamline the process of confirming travel documentation requirements for passengers
