Eurostar has introduced more flexible fares and renamed its travel classes following its merger with Thalys, with the new classes being Eurostar Standard, Eurostar Plus, and Eurostar Premier.

The new classes offer different levels of service and amenities, with Eurostar Premier providing extra flexibility, lounge access, and premium onboard services.

A new aftersales policy has been introduced, allowing passengers in Eurostar Standard and Plus classes to exchange tickets without a fee until an hour before departure and request refunds up to seven days before departure.

Eurostar Premier passengers can exchange or refund tickets without a fee up to two days after departure, offering more flexibility and choice for customers across all travel classes.
