Carrie Day, country manager for Riviera, took time out at the launch event for Riviera Radiance in Budapest to explain the advantages of booking through Riviera for the Irish travel trade.
Carrie Day, Irish country manager of Riviera Travel, shared: “We really try to make it as easy as possible for travel agents to sell Riviera, so we include pretty much everything: flights from Dublin, transfers, sailing on a five-star ship, all meals and, from next year, a drinks package from 10 a.m. to midnight automatically included in the price. Every single day there is a shore excursion included.
“The only thing not included is tips, which is at your customers’ discretion. We look forward to welcoming all of your customers on board very soon. We have beautiful new ships coming over the next few years and lots of fantastic product updates on the way.”
