No details are available as yet of the impact on Finnair flights of a 48-hour political industrial action scheduled for February 1-2 2024, but disruption is expected to be significant.
Finnair flights will be significantly impacted, resulting in flight cancellations.
Customers with bookings on 31 January – 3 February 2024 can reschedule or postpone their journey until 15 March 2024 at the latest.
Flight cancellations will occur once the effects of the strike on Finnair’s traffic become clearer, and affected customers will be contacted personally with new flight details.
A statement form the airline reads: “Our customer service cannot yet tell you which flights will be cancelled on the strike days as the extent of the strike and its effects have not yet been specified. We’ll contact our customers directly whose flight is affected. Thank you for your patience.”
