Flagship Group has begun a private equity-backed consolidation drive targeting the fragmented tours and experiences market. The company has confirmed its first three acquisitions as it positions guided tours as the next major area for industry roll-ups. The move has reflected growing investor interest in experiential travel products beyond traditional airlines, hotels and online travel agencies.

Backed by Los Angeles private equity firm Shamrock Capital, the newly formed Flagship Group has launched a consolidation strategy in the highly fragmented tours and activities sector. The initiative debuted in September 2026 with the simultaneous acquisition of three major operators: WalksDevour, Amigo Tours and Askos Tours. The company has been led by CEO and founder Stephen Oddo alongside managing partner Charaf El Mansouri.
