Flexjet is establishing an air operator certificate in Ireland to base a fleet and operations team in Dublin.

The company operates 300 aircraft including Gulfstreams and raised $800m at a $4bn valuation earlier in 2025.  Flexjet is seeking approval from regulators such as the Irish Aviation Authority to expand deeper into Europe.

The Irish operation includes aircraft registered in the country alongside Dublin-based staff.  This move continues Flexjet’s global expansion despite emissions concerns in private aviation.
