Ireland’s largest Christmas festival, Winterval Festival will take place from November 21st to December 23rd, 2025, in Waterford,
The festival will feature extended weekends running from Thursday to Sunday, enhancing the festive experience for visitors. Tickets for Santa’s Grotto go on sale this weekend, with the organisers urging families to book early due to high demand.
Visitors can explore the famous Winterval Christmas Market, which will showcase local crafts, artisan foods, and unique gift options. The festival will celebrate its 13th year, promising new experiences and magical attractions in Waterford, reinforcing its status as the European City of Christmas.
