Hugh Lane Gallery attracted a record-breaking 135,000 visitors during the recent ‘Andy Warhol Three Times Out’ exhibition, the highest visitor count in the gallery’s history

The exhibition, featuring over 250 works by Andy Warhol, took place from October 6th to January 28th and was both the largest Warhol exhibition in Ireland and the first of its kind in 25 years

The exhibition drew visitors from around the world, with an average of 1,500 visitors per day and over 6,500 visitors availing of free entry on Wednesday mornings

The Lord Mayor of Dublin praises the success of the exhibition in bringing a buzz to the city, with Dublin City Council and Hugh Lane Gallery receiving praise for their work in producing the prestigious and engaging event.
