Portadown based Thompson Aero Seating has showcased its VantageNOVA seat, targeting the twin-aisle aircraft market specifically designed for Boeing 787 and Airbus A350 models.
The seat offers two configuration options: a 1-2-1 reverse herringbone layout or a mixed layout with window seats facing the aisle, accommodating different airline preferences.
Key features include a “zero G immersive relaxed position” that converts to a fully flat bed (78 inches long), a large bifold meal table, adjustable privacy dividers, various storage options, and wireless charging, along with optional aisle privacy screens or suite doors.
The VantageNOVA expands Thompson Aero Seating’s business class offerings, which include various seat types for both single and twin-aisle aircraft, combining expertise from their previous designs in angled seating.
