Visit Valencia and the Spanish Tourism Office (Ireland) are co-sponsoring the Travel Extra Travel Journalist of the Year 2023 Awards Ceremony.
The awards ceremony will take place on January 26, 2024, at the Thomas Prior Hall, Ballsbridge Clayton Hotel, Dublin.
There are ten award categories this year, with each category winner receiving a holiday prize, and the overall winner receiving an additional holiday prize sponsored by Visit Valencia and the Spanish Tourism Office (Ireland).
Entries for the awards are invited for work published or broadcast in 2023, covering various categories including Best Home market (Ireland), Best Belfast International, Best Long Haul, Best Short Haul, Best Adventure, Best Skiing, Best Digital Media, Best Broadcasting, Best Sustainable Travel (new category), and the Gerry O’Hare Memorial Award for Best Newcomer Journalist.
Category award sponsors include Visit Valencia, the Spanish Tourism Office (Ireland), Fáilte Ireland, Tourism Northern lreland, Cassidy Travel, Sunway, Topflight, UWalk.ie, ClickandGo, Malta Tourism, and TUI.
