AerDragon purchased two A320neo aircraft on lease to Avianca from Vmo Aircraft Leasing.
AerFin acquired a fifth A320neo from EMP Aviation Trading, powered by Pratt & Whitney PW1100 GTF engines. AerFin plans to disassemble the airframe in Asia to supply Used Serviceable Material.
The transactions support global demand for cost-effective aviation components. Both deals reflect strategic growth in fleet management and aviation aftermarket services.
