The number of Irish visits to Spain and the irish market share have both grown substantially in the latest figures form Spain’s statistical agency.
In September 2023 there were 267,633 visitors from Ireland up 14.7pc on September 2022 and 25.4pc on 2019.
Year to date figure is 1,956,995, up 19.1pc on 2022 and 8.7pc on pre pandemic 2019..
Market share isn 3pc, a record for Ireland.
