
Over 120 exhibitors have signed up for the Irish Travel Trade Show this evening (Monday April 1) at The Metropole Hotel in Cork City from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
The event, organised by the ITAA in conjunction with Business Exhibitions Ltd, will cater exclusively to licensed travel agents, tour operators, and travel media with no access for consumers.
It is is part of the 9th annual Irish Travel Trade Shows organized by the Irish Travel Agents Association (ITAA) in collaboration with Business Exhibitions Ltd. This event will take place at The Metropole Hotel on MacCurtain Street in the Victorian Quarter of Cork City (T23 PX44) from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM. It is a trade-only event, designed specifically for licensed travel agents, tour operators, their staff, and travel media, with no consumer access.
The Cork show will feature over 120 exhibitors, including airlines, national and regional tourist organizations, hotel groups, cruise companies, car hire firms, technology providers, theme parks, and travel insurance companies.
There are 23 new suppliers unique to the Cork event, offering fresh networking and partnership opportunities. The event is supported by the Spanish Tourism Office and Cork Airport, emphasizing its regional significance.
The schedule includes a core exhibition period from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM, where attendees can engage face-to-face with exhibitors to explore new products, innovations, and customer experiences. A Trade Show App will be available to help attendees schedule meetings and connect with both existing and new suppliers efficiently. Following the exhibition, an After Show Networking Event will begin at 7:30 PM at the same venue. This buffet dinner and networking session, exclusive to exhibitors, owners, and staff of licensed tour operators, travel agents, and travel media, provides a relaxed setting to build and strengthen professional relationships.
The event aims to foster business growth by facilitating direct interactions between travel professionals and a diverse range of global travel brands, making it a key opportunity for those in the Irish travel industry to network, discover new offerings, and enhance their operations.
