ITA Airways has launched a new menu created with Italian chef Moreno Cedroni. The menu is available in business class on all intercontinental flights from Italy during the summer season.

Chef Cedroni owns Madonnina del Pescatore, a two Michelin-starred restaurant on Italy’s Adriatic coast. Passengers can enjoy a variety of dishes including steamed octopus, Matriciana di pesce, and dark chocolate mousse. 

The airline has reopened its lounge at Milan Linate, adding a Campari Wall and an exclusive cocktail.

Moreno Cedroni shared, “My cooking fuses global flavours with traditional Italian cuisine.”
