The Irish Travel Agents Association hosted 83 agencies at an online conference to discuss the challenges created by the industrial dispute at Aer Lingus.
CEO Clare Dunne told delegates that the dispute was a difficult time for agents but a golden opportunity to remind customers of the value of using a travel agency.
Many travel agencies have emailed customers to let them nknow they wil be at their service as customers try to reschedule and rebook.
