The Irish Travel Agents Association has published its four excursion options for the Saturday after the ITAA conference in Alcobaça, October 4: Alcobaça (where the conference takes place), Alvados Cooking and Nature Hotel, Fatima and Nazare.
Participants can enjoy a guided visit to the Monastery of Alcobaça, a UNESCO World Heritage site, along with a traditional sweets workshop and a gin workshop.
The Nazaré Experience includes a boat tour of the Nazaré Canyon complemented by a barbecue lunch.
The Alvados Cooking and Nature Experience features a hands-on cooking workshop followed by a scenic walk through local landscapes.
A guided visit to the Sanctuary of Fátima provides insights into the religious site, accompanied by lunch and a tour of the uniquely designed Luz Houses.
