Frosch Ireland has acquired John Galligan Travel, following acquisitions of Grogan Travel on 1 August and The Travel Broker in 2024.
John Galligan Travel, with 36 years in Dublin, specialises in luxury cruises and polar expeditions, with its team retained and Galligan overseeing the transition.
Grogan Travel, founded in 1950 in Tuam, completed a three-month transition, with Frances Grogan now in an advisory role from November 2025.
Frosch Ireland, which rebranded in 2018 after joining the Frosch Group, employs 40 staff and reported €20m in revenue in 2024.
The acquisitions align with Frosch’s strategy to integrate local agencies into its global network, maintaining client services under IAA licences TA0522 and TA0437.
