Revenue at Value Retail Dublin, the company behind Kildare Village shopping outlet, increased by 54pc last year as the luxury retail destination recovered from Covid restrictions.
In 2022, Value Retail Dublin achieved an operating profit of €2.5m, compared to €368,000 the previous year.
They also received a €10.4m boost from a change in the fair value of Euribor interest rate swaps.
