Lufthansa’s cancellation of its Belfast City to Frankfurt service has prompted KLM to increase its flight frequency from Belfast City to Amsterdam to 14w.

KLM’s new schedule includes two departures from Belfast City in the morning and evening, timed to accommodate day trips to Amsterdam and connections to long-haul destinations.

The current schedule features specific flight timings, with additional interest in introducing a third flight to capture demand from long-haul arrivals at Amsterdam Schiphol.

Jerome Salemi, GM for Air France/KLM London, expressed excitement about the increased connectivity, emphasizing KLM’s role in linking Ireland to global destinations through Amsterdam.

Schedules are as follows:

  • KL 946  departs Belfast City at 0630, arrives in Amsterdam at 0900
  • KL 950  departs Belfast City at 1720, arrives in Amsterdam at 2000
  • KL 949  departs Amsterdam at 1620, arrives in Belfast City at 1650
