KLM is working on installing its Premium Comfort seating on their remaining Boeing 777-300 aircraft, a process expected to be finished this winter. The entire fleet of Boeing 787-9 and 787-10 aircraft now offer the Premium Comfort seating.

Once the retrofitting is completed on the 777-300s, KLM plans to move on to retrofitting its fleet of 777-200s with premium economy.

The airline introduced this premium economy product in May 2022 and conducted its first official flight featuring the cabin between Amsterdam and New York JFK in September of that year.

Additionally, KLM is enhancing its Boeing 777-300s with the latest World Business Class seat, which includes a sliding door.
