The Ireland Aviation Authority has extended the Ireland West CTA by 2 nautical miles east and west.
Changes affected the 2,500ft and 4,500ft stubs without a text description in the AIP. Pilots routing to Sligo adjusted paths east of Lough Key and Lough Arrow to avoid airspace. The updates appeared on SkyDemon but required manual edits to IAA and Rogers Data charts. A VFR Charting Workshop clarifies the modifications that circulated in August.
