
Korean Air has secured the title of the world’s best airline for in-flight experience in 2024 from the website Airline Ratings, sahead of Qatar Airways.
To qualify, airlines needed to provide a full-service experience including 31-inch economy seat pitch, lie-flat business class beds, meals, beverages, and a strong safety rating, ensuring a comfortable passenger experience.
The ranking was based on traveler feedback and aviation experts, with a focus on consistency, safety, and financial standing, reflecting the increasing importance of passenger comfort in the industry.
Regional award winners included Virgin Australia for outstanding efficiency and Vietjet for affordability as a low-cost carrier while maintaining quality service.
