Norse Atlantic Airways’ CEO, Bjørn Tore Larsen, received 11,060,136 shares at NOK11 per share, increasing his ownership to approximately 19.86pc of the airline.
The CFO of Norse Atlantic, Ander Jomaas, was allocated 10,171 shares, bringing his total ownership to around 0.01pc.
Scorpio Holdings Limited, the airline’s largest shareholder, acquired NOK150m worth of shares, now holding around 22.32pc of the airline’s shares.
