LOT Polish Airlines says its strategy for 2024-28 will involve:
- expanding its aircraft fleet to 110 from 75 today,
- increasing passenger numbers to 16.9m from 10.3m today,
- increasing service quality and passenger satisfaction.
Lot plans to retrofit its fleet of Boeing 787-8 aircraft with new business, premium economy, and economy cabins, with new interior standards on wide-body aircraft and introducing Wi-Fi access on long-haul flights.
