
Roscommon Easter Festival, presented by the Roscommon Easter Parade Committee and backed by local businesses and Roscommon County Council, commences tomorrow Saturday, March 30 with music from the Roscommon Male Choir, Vinegar Bill, and Matt Molloy in the town square.
On Sunday, March 31, visitors can enjoy Lady Betty’s performance before the Roscommon Easter Parade at 12.30pm, featuring amusements, street performers, face painting, and prizes for attendees.
Visit Roscommon will launch an updated ‘Roscommon Walks & Trails’ booklet, highlighting 25 trails across the county suitable for all ages and abilities, offering opportunities to explore the countryside in spring.
In addition to the festival, visitors can discover the heritage of Roscommon at attractions like Strokestown Park House, Viking Tours Ireland, and Lough Key Forest Park, each providing unique Spring experiences suitable for all ages. Strokestown Park House Easter Trail and Viking Tours Ireland excursions offer interactive, educational experiences for participants.
