
Fianna Fáil’s Dara Calleary from Mayo is the front runner to be appointed Ireland’s 28th Minister for Transport.

- Fianna Fáil will provide the taoiseach, as well as Public Expenditure, Housing, Justice, Social Protection, Transport, Children and Higher Education.
- Fine Gael will provide Foreign Affairs, Finance, Enterprise, Health, Education, Agriculture and Arts.
