The executive team of Attraction World Group, including chief executive Olly Nicholls and chief operating officer Justin Mahoney, will continue to be involved following the group’s acquisition by the Montana World Investments consortium, led by Highmore Group.
The company was founded as Attraction Tickets Direct in 2002. It is represented in Ireland by Graham Hennessy.

Current shareholder Ten Oceans will exit the business. The Montana World Investments consortium comprises New York-based private equity firm Highmore Group, and other investors from the Netherlands and US.
