Artform will host a new celebration, Art in the Gardens, at Mount Congreve Gardens in Waterford over the May Bank Holiday weekend from May 4th to 6th, 2024.
The event includes a Paint-out on May 4th led by guest artists, allowing participants to paint or watch artists at work in the beautiful surroundings of the 70-acre gardens, with the opportunity to exhibit and sell their works.
Masterclasses led by renowned artists will be held on May 5th, offering experienced artists the chance to enhance their skills and learn from experts.
An exhibition with the theme ‘Bucolica’, inspired by rural life and nature, will be showcased in the Stables Café, inviting visitors to explore the tranquillity and beauty of the landscape against the backdrop of Mount Congreve House and Gardens. The exhibition opens on May 6th, with stunning works by artists from Ireland.
