
The Tetrarch Group has appointed JLL Ireland to sell the five-star Mount Juliet hotel and 535 acres estate in Thomastown, Co Kilkenny with a €45m price tag.
The estate is home to a Jack Nicklaus-designed 18-hole championship golf course, host to the Amex in 2001 and the Irish Open in 2021 and 2022.
