Travel technology company Mozio has released a study ranking the world’s 50 busiest airports for ease of arrival pickups.
The analysis used criteria including pickup rules, surcharges, and access from baggage claim. Airports received scores out of 15 and tier ratings from excellent to very poor. Asia led with ten airports in the excellent category including Singapore Changi and Seoul Incheon.
No European airport achieved excellent status.
Mozio shared in a written statement: “The arrival experience now carries as much weight as lounges, security lanes, or retail.”
