DGH Hotel Partners JV, LLC has received approval for a new urban lifestyle hotel on Anchor Street in Boston’s Seaport District.
The property will join the existing Aloft and Element Boston Seaport hotels as part of a 968-key campus under a long-term land lease with the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority.
Designed by JCJ Architects, the hotel complements the modern aesthetic of neighbouring properties. It targets both business and leisure travellers in a premier destination area. The development further solidifies the Seaport as a key hospitality hub.
