One individual complained 10,800 times about noise at Dublin airport according to figures from airport operator DAA.
They reveal an average of 285 individuals registered a complaint about aircraft noise each month during 2023, up from a monthly average of 77 the previous year.
The average monthly number of people making a complaint about noise from aircraft using Dublin Airport almost quadrupled last year.
