The Parade Hotel Bath will open to guests on 21 September 2026 following a major refurbishment. The property spans three Grade I listed Georgian townhouses on North Parade in the English spa city and offers 49 bedrooms.
The hotel has undergone extensive transformation managed by Providence Hotels. Room categories range from compact Snug rooms and attic spaces to suites sleeping up to four guests. Every room features air conditioning, smart TVs and tea and coffee facilities. Three specialised Spa Garden Rooms offer living grass roofs and direct access to the new spa.
The Courtyard Spa features a sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, outdoor shower and a treatment room. The 1748 Bar and Lounge serves breakfast with West Country produce, local artisanal cheeses, ciders and spirits. An onsite restaurant is scheduled to launch toward the end of 2026 as part of phase two of the development.
