Planning permission is being sought for a 67-bedroom hotel is proposed to be built on the corner of Pennyfeather Lane and Pudding Lane in Kilkenny City.
The site is located within the City Centre Architectural Conservation Area.
The development includes the demolition of an existing restaurant building and the construction of a six-storey hotel with various amenities.
The hotel will feature ensuite bedrooms, a hotel foyer/reception, bar, restaurant facilities, hotel service facilities, vehicle set-down areas, bicycle parking spaces, and landscaping and drainage works.
