Ponant is offering weeks-long expeditions in 2024 to remote areas like the Geographic North Pole, Papua New Guinea, and Antarctica.

Each sailing will feature a speaker series with explorers sharing research insights and adventure stories.

One specific expedition departs on May 16 to Greenland’s Scoresby Sound, hosted by Ann Andreasen and featuring scientists specializing in glaciology, oceanography, and geology.

Ponant is adding new Japan itineraries, highlighting both traditional and modern wonders of the region.

They are also introducing new North America sailings, including an 11-day autumn expedition with stops at Mackinac Island and Bayfield, as well as a 12-day sailing along St. Lawrence, visiting various destinations before concluding in Montreal.
