
Pre-tax profits at Sunway Travel, owned by Tanya Airey, increased by 14pc to €1.07m as revenues rose to €40.76m.
Revenues for the company rebounded from the Covid-19 overseas travel shutdown, increasing by 20pc in the 12 months to the end of October.
The company’s gross profit increased by 15pc to €5.63m, and staff numbers increased from 46 to 53, with staff costs dipping slightly despite the increase in headcount.
Shareholder funds for the company total €3.9m, with cash funds decreasing from €15.44m to €10.17m. Directors’ pay increased by 17.5pc last year.
