Princess Cruises is set to relaunch its OneSource agent platform in October, focusing on expanding its fam trip program and enhancing engagement with home-based agents.

During an event for 300 agents on the Sun Princess, Europe sales director Hayley Moore highlighted the symbolic importance of the ship’s visit to Southampton, noting the region as a significant market for the cruise line.

The third quarter saw Princess host 1,222 agents and families on ship visits and fam trips, with plans to continue offering these experiences to facilitate firsthand engagement with their ships.

Vice-president Eithne Williamson reported a 50pc increase in 2026 bookings compared to 2025, highlighting trends toward earlier bookings and increased interest in higher-tier packages, which now comprise over 60pc of 2025 bookings.

Ms Moore shared: “one of the things that we’re going to be looking at next year is how we engage with homeworkers. We know there’s an increase in homeworkers across the agent space, and of course, we’ve got amazing consortia out there, so it’s looking at whether we need to diversify our model in that space to better learn their needs.”
