Passengers are advised to check in online before 17:00 GMT on 16 October to avoid any inconvenience.
The airline acknowledges the disruption this maintenance may cause to its customers. According to a statement: Our website / mobile app is undergoing essential scheduled maintenance from 17.00hrs Wed, 16 October – 02.00hrs (GMT) Thur, 17 October. Passengers who are due to fly during this period should check-in online before 17.00hrs (GMT) on Wed, 16 October. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result of this brief downtime.
