Tareq Elkudir, 61, was handed a suspended sentence for sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl on a Ryanair flight.
He was highly intoxicated during the flight and passengers reported him drinking from a bottle of whiskey.
Elkudir pleaded guilty to the assault and was described as being apologetic and remorseful after the incident.
The victim, who did not file a victim impact statement, is ready to move on with her life, and the judge advised Elkudir to avoid drinking to prevent future trouble.
