Ryanair seeks applicants for 2025 engineering apprenticeship

Ryanair is inviting candidates to apply for their 2025 Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Apprenticeship, in collaboration with the College of Further Education and Training Shannon Campus and Technology University Dublin, starting in September 2025.

This structured four-year program consists of both practical and classroom training, with apprentices earning a B1 or B2 EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence upon completion, allowing them to certify Ryanair’s fleet of over 600 aircraft.

The apprenticeship is based in Dublin, where participants will receive training in large engineering hangars and gain hands-on experience in airframe and avionics work while also spending time in Shannon, Stansted, or Bergamo for classroom learning.

Interested school leavers have until March 31, 2025, to apply and can potentially earn salaries up to €104,000 per year, with prospects of making €80,000 within five years.
