The Ryanair share price on Euronext Dublin closed at €18.00 on Friday, a high for the past 12 months.
In the past two weeks Capital Group has increased its voting rights in Ryanair from 7.03pc to 8.21pc.
FMR LLC (Fidelity) has increased its rights from below the reporting threshold of 3.00pc to 3.02pc.
