
Ryanair was the second most complained about company to the state run Competition and Consumer Protection Commission last year, with 515 contacts from consumers.
The total number of consumers contacting the CCPC was 39,172, up 20pc from the previous year.
The top consumer queries and complaints were related to faulty goods and services. Eir was the most complained about company, with 546 contacts. The commission referred 8,731 consumers to the Small Claims Court.
