Shannon Airport expects over 33,400 passengers ver the Saint Patrick’s Day Bank Holiday Weekend, a 14pc increase from 2023 figures.

The airport has been decorated with special St. Patrick’s Day-themed displays and is prepared for the busy period, coinciding with the Cheltenham racing festival.
Passengers will have the opportunity to take photos with a specially created St. Patrick’s Day display and receive free chocolate treats from Shannon Airport staff, with a focus on offering a warm and seamless experience for travellers.
