
Scotland’s Loganair will open its tenth operating base at Southampton airport in October 2025, utilising two ATR72-600 aircraft.
The airline will introduce a new route from Southampton to Manchester and increase its capacity on flights to Edinburgh by upgrading from E145 regional jets.
Transfers will be facilitated from Southampton via Manchester to destinations in Scotland, including Inverness and Aberdeen Dyce, as well as the Isle of Man.
A new route from Manchester to Exeter will also be launched, providing enhanced connectivity in the region.
Loganair aims to grow its fleet from 36 aircraft to 55 by 2029, expanding its operational reach throughout England and Scotland.
