Seabourn celebrated a historic moment as their two new purpose-built expedition ships, Seabourn Pursuit and Seabourn Venture, sailed together side by side for the first time.
The meeting took place at the entrance to Neko Harbor in Antarctica, and guests and team members gathered on the bows of each ship for a special celebration, complete with caviar and champagne.
The captains of both ships expressed their excitement, with Captain Stig Betten of Seabourn Pursuit remarking on the significance of the meeting and Captain Jeroen Schuchmann of Seabourn Venture emphasizing the ability to introduce more people to remote and stunning destinations.
This event marked the beginning of Seabourn Pursuit’s maiden season in Antarctica, showcasing a new era in ultra-luxury expeditions for Seabourn.
