The 14 winners of the sixth annual CLIA Britain Cruise Media Awards were announced during a ceremony at UBM in London.

Blogger and digital media consultant Jonny Ward founder of One Step 4Ward, who had just finished his aim of visiting every country on the planet, led the awards.

Along with Andy Harmer, SVP Membership & Director, CLIA UK & Ireland they recognised the outstanding contribution that media has made to the growing success of the cruise industry in the past twelve months.

This year the awards saw a record number of entries  Andy Harmer, SVP Membership & Director, CLIA Britain & Ireland commented: “The extraordinary number of high quality entries across a broad spectrum of print and online outlets reflects the continued growing interest in cruise. The media remains integral to our mission to promote the diversity of cruise holidays and in particular raising its profile to attract those that have perhaps not considered a cruise holiday before.”
