Shannon wins transport section at the Customer Experience Awards

Shannon Airport has won the Best Customer Experience award in the Transport category at the Customer Experience Awards for the second consecutive year, announced on November 14th.

This award follows another recent achievement where Shannon Airport topped the travel category in the Ireland Customer Experience Insights (CXi) Report and ranked 4th overall among 150 top brands for customer experience.

The airport is also a contender for the Aviation Industry Award 2024, having been shortlisted for the Customer Focus Achievement Award, with the ceremony set for December 5th.
