SMBC Aviation Capital has initiated its 2025 Early Careers cohort for a two-year graduate and apprenticeship programme at its Dublin headquarters.
The programme aims to develop emerging talent in the aircraft leasing sector, fostering curiosity and critical thinking. The induction process began in the past week, preparing participants for their roles in the industry. Graduates and apprentices bring diverse perspectives to SMBC, contributing to a forward-looking company culture. The initiative reflects SMBC’s long-term commitment to building a dynamic workforce in aircraft leasing.
