Swiss has expanded its pre-select dining service to include business class passengers on short-haul flights, complementing its existing offerings for economy passengers and long-haul business class customers.
Short-haul business class passengers on flights over one hour from Zurich can now choose from six cold dishes or, on longer flights, seven hot main courses, including options from the SWISS Taste of Switzerland menu typically reserved for long-haul services.
The dining options change every three months, and passengers can pre-select their meals online between six weeks and 24 hours before their flight.
The pre-select dining service aims to enhance the passenger experience by enabling a more efficient food loading process, thereby reducing food waste and promoting sustainability within the airline’s operations.
